[BUG]: Error after generating quiz (all question types)

Description

While generating a quiz using the all question types option, after a long loading/scrolling, the output page crashes and shows a runtime error.

Observed Behavior

• Page loads for some time (with scrolling/loading)
• Then shows error:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach')

• The quiz output is not displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate a quiz with all question types
2. Wait for loading to complete
3. Navigate to output page
4. Observe crash

Expected Behavior

Quiz should render properly with all generated questions.

I would like to work on this issue.

Initial analysis suggests that the error:
"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach')"
is likely due to questions being undefined or not properly structured in the response.

Proposed fix:

• Add safe checks before iteration
• Ensure default empty array fallback
• Validate API response structure

I’ll debug the data flow and submit a fix soon 🚀
