[FEAT]: Creation of the Djed Logo's SVG file and replacing existing Djed.png in projects page

I have created the SVG version of the Djed Alliance logo.

The current file that is being used Djed.png is 61.9 KB
The SVG version that has been created is 6.29 KB (90% file size reduction)

The PNG version can be replaced by the SVG version on our landing page.
