bb generate project to auto update to latest archetype version, with override possiblity

Currently we need to release a new version of the cli in order to 'show' we have a new version available.

We'd need to check on bb generate project for the latest version.

I think we have already something like this provided by @mistermark that can do it. Please ask him where to find it

the bb archetype command was implemented in an earlier version, but removed again in one of the latest versions due to the archetypes being deprecated.
We can put it back in again without problem, though. Knowing that the license for JFrog is being put in place gives us more power over the Maven repo API to search and filter for these things. So the bb archetype command can be upgraded with that functionality. Comments are already in place where this should be happening.
