QAVS should tell you to use MBF for Beat Saber modding. In case the adb functionality ever gets resolved this message can be removed.

Should be simple to resolve. Dan's updates to OnDeviceADB fixed a lot of issues. MBF-Launcher, a headset only version of MBF, uses it flawlessly
