[Error] OSCQuery offering incorrect ip of 0.0.0.0

launching with oscquery enabled hands out incorrect ip's

Describe what you were doing when the error occurred as precisely as possible.

starting up the service, and then using a zeroconf/bonjour browser

Reproduction Steps

start the linux-web in linux with dotnet 9
Install the shockosc module
restart the program
enable oscquery
restart one more time

open a zeroconf/bonjour browser and find osc info

seem to happen from windows 11 as well (desktop using osc module)

mdns is now advertising 127.0.0.1
at last the ports are listening on all nics

Maybe a Env Var to specify the nic's/ip's the mdns/osc/oscquery/web service should be running/advertising on

if left empty assume localhost (like someone is running Desktop on the same pc as vrchat/chillout)

this just clicked as to why it changed to 127.0.0.1
"allow any ip?" sets it to 0.0.0.0 if enabled and 127.0.0.1 if not

if this is planed to be able to run on remote from the vrchat client, ip advertised should equal the ip of the nic, should be user select able)

I believe this issue is fixed, need to check to make sure.

ok i gave it a shot using the prebuilt binary
and a git build of the docker version
Both still give out 0.0.0.0 on activation of allow any ip (this one should be the lan ipv4/ipv6 of the host running openshock desktop)
and 127.0.0.1 with out activation (this one is expected, needs no change)
