Trying to build new packages

Hi,
I will try to build new packages for on all platforms where possible, and create or update build scripts, in this order, because I already know how to create .deb package. Creating other packages needs some more research.

• 1) Newest Debian and Ubuntu based distros that use .deb packages, i386/amd64/arm64/arm/s390x/ppc/risc-v
• 2) AppImage TSC AppImage package for amd64/arm64/s390x #708
• 3) Flatpak Various Flatpak/CMake fixes #675
• 4) Windows cegui dependency not available for building Windows version #709
• 5) Mac Macintosh version of TSC #691
• 6) Nightly builds Nightly builds of deb packages? #666

Also, I try to test, what hardware is fast enough to play TSC. For example, some older Raspberry Pi maybe is not fast enough.
