Issue description

When placing a safe, present or trapped present from Supplementaries and giving it the vanilla 'Locked' tag (like with chests), any time you look at that safe/present (hover your crosshair over it, no interaction needed) you will be spammed with the "[lock name] is locked!" and the accompanying noise.

Only mods needed to reproduce:

• Jade
• Supplementaries

Also needed:

• The ability to use commands, to place a locked safe or present - or the IBE editor (or similar) mod

NOTE: This only happens with the vanilla locked tag, not from locking the safe with the key items
