Should have a button to also comment on the code that a comment you are looking at has commented on. Not sure if this should be treated as another comment, or specially treated as an actual "reply". Maybe do it like Stack Overflow and have each unique comment be a big top level one, and replies be smaller. The alternative being a more reddit style tree structure, but honestly I far prefer the forum-style comment system of SO.
