[2.1] coherence of data in statistics tables #7939
Description
In the track_e_access table there is a registry every time there is an entry in a specific tool in the course.
But we only add a registry when the homepage of the tool is open. So if entering an item directly for example entering a LP directly then it will not register any thing in track_e_access.
So if you have direct links to the content (exercise, lp, link, document) then in some statistics it might be a problem.
We should have a mecanisms to registrer every time we enter a tool or an item of the tool or which ever part/page of the tool.
