Cliparts should be able to exported and imported in Saved Cliparts as Saved Badges does.

I’ll implement export/import for Saved Cliparts similar to Saved Badges.

Hi, I've opened a PR addressing this — #1613 . Implements export via share icon and import via app bar button, matching Saved Badges behavior. Also adds Saved Cliparts tab in Create Badge screen as a bonus improvement. Happy to make any adjustments based on feedback.
