Feature request - list open pull requests

thanks for the great work! Do you think it is possible to also track the amount of open pull requests?

@bastelfreak yes in effect. This should be possible via the /pulls API i.e. https://api.github.com/repos/alexellis/faas/pulls

The only issue is that the endpoint will be a list / iterative and could burn up a lot of API calls.

Pulls API - Very frustrating. It doesn't always seem to exist, but when it does it contains all the standard info. If it was reliable we could capture the data without hitting the rate limits. Open to thoughts on how best to achieve.

Has anyone looked at using the graphql api for this?
Something like this could could work...

In #46 a new metrics with two labels was added:

github_repo_pull_request_count{repo="...",user="..."}

and I imagine this issue is asking for two more metrics,

github_repo_pull_request_count{repo="...",user="..."}
+github_repo_pull_request_closed_count{repo="...",user="..."}
+github_repo_pull_request_merged_count{repo="...",user="..."}

However, moving the status into a label seems like a better approach (and with the same cardinality):

-github_repo_pull_request_count{repo="...",user="..."}
+github_repo_pull_request_count{status="open",repo="...",user="..."}
+github_repo_pull_request_count{status="closed",repo="...",user="..."}
+github_repo_pull_request_count{status="merged",repo="...",user="..."}

Although in github terminology, "closed" includes "merged".

When searching,

• is:pr is:unmerged is:closed - gives all the closed, not merged (red icon)
• is:pr is:merged - merged (purple icon)
• is:pr is:open is:draft - open drafts (gray icon)
• didn't figure out how to get the "ready for review" (green icon)

Most of the above are gauges though, not counters.
