[BUG]: DNS timeout

Description of the bug

Hello, we have seen that if the DNS server does not respond, the UDP client never answers. Is it possible that we are missing a timeout or doing something wrong?

Steps To Reproduce

1. Setup an UDP client.
2. Call a DNS that never answers.

I'm seeing the same issue also. The source code for the UDP Client doesn't have any mention or concept of timeouts. UDP connections will also be left open if the server never responds.

I considered using Node's native DNS library, however only DNS2 gives me the ability to resolve "A" records while still seeing authoritative NS responses (if any).

I worked around this issue by creating my own copy of client/udp.js which does support timeouts.
