Add redirection for programs section.

Description

Currently, urls like https://meshery.io/programs/gsoc work but https://meshery.io/programs/gsoc/ or https://meshery.io/programs/gsoc.html don't.

Expected Behavior

Add redirection for such urls.

Environment:

• Device: Desktop
