Allow a direct command for full project scan, `npx -y react-doctor@latest . --no` does not work

Even when I have uncommitted changes.  I want my agent to run the full project scan. But right now there is no direct command to do it. So the agent struggles to interact with the terminal and enter "no" for diff only scan. Which causes it to get false information. That all the diagnosis are fixed , because diff have no problem 

Just accept `--no` like `--yes`
