LSP failing to start

I'm getting the following uncaught errors which prevent the LSP from being usable at all.

 Pending response rejected since connection got disposed

 Client is not running and can't be stopped. It's current state is: starting

To help reproducing this locally, could I ask you to provide:

• The version of the VS Code extension you're seeing this with (is it the new Mojo extension or the older version of the Mojo or Mojo (nightly) extension)
• The version of Mojo in your environment
• Whether this is in a Python virtual environment (pip or uv) or a Pixi environment

It's a pixi environment. Doesn't work on 25.6 or 25.5 but does work on 25.4. This is on version 26.0 of the main Mojo extension in the vscode marketplace. Looks like versions 25.6 and 25.5 of mojo work fine on the 25.6 version of the extension.

I got the same issue, it appears (at least for me) that /.pixi/envs/default/bin/mojo-lsp-server is missing, but I only got this problem for old projects (everything seems to work when creating a new project from scratch).

Oh I'm coming back after a while and i didn't catch that we now do pixi add mojo instead of pixi add max. Accounting for that seems to fix the lsp.

This was indeed the issue for me as well. Feel free to close the issue but a more helpful error message would be nice.
