Update README.md for zigpy-cli to cover basic backup (and restore) commands

Should zigpy-cli README.md be updated with examples that cover basic information about backup (and restore) commands?

Like this example below?

zigpy radio --baudrate 115200 ezsp /dev/ttyAMA0  backup 

Maybe also mention/list specifically which radios currently support backup and which do not yet?
