feat(wordpress): add WordPress functions.php enqueueing guide and demo section

Summary

Closes #52

Adds WordPress integration documentation for SocialShareButton.

Changes

• index.html — New 🔷 WordPress Integration demo section with a copy-to-clipboard code block showing functions.php with wp_enqueue_style, wp_enqueue_script, and a wp_footer hook to initialise the button
• README.md — New <details> block for WordPress with full copy-paste functions.php snippet; framework list updated to include WordPress

No new wrapper file is needed — integration is PHP/CDN only via WordPress standard hooks as specified in the issue.
