LGTM. I saw you run this and managed to at least start the pod locally myself. There were a few design choices I looked into but in each case it looks like you're following standard practice.

This adds the configuration for setting up agate on Kubernetes. I have tested this locally on my laptop using Minikube. Not sure whether it can be tested in CI. This might change slightly again, but I think it would be good to get into the main repo for upcoming discussions.
