Notes on running chef

Directories can be changed up in the chef

• You will need a dropbox access token saved to a folder called credentials
• You will need to bring in the spreadsheet TTL Consolidated Database for Kolibri (Videos + Assessments) for video data and Math_G1to10_English_FINAL for assessment data (both in .xls format) and save tofiles``` folder.
• Convert any N/A or #N/A fields to empty fields
• Bring in the Images folder provided by the client. I currently save in a folder called files
• In the Images folder, remove all spaces in the title of all Grade subfolders
