Updates

• Support use of trusted hosts (useful for builds behind firewalls).
• Added pytorch branch to docker image name.
• Fix installation of pytorch from source branch.
• Piggyback update of Levy-stable parameter fit test accuracy threshold from 0.03 to 0.04 (change is probably needed due to upgrade to pytorch 2.7.0).

Testing

The following combinations were tested:

• With and without GPU.
• Install from release or from source of pyro and pytorch.
